Breaking: 🇺🇸 #Bitwise company files S-1 for #SUI traded fund

The digital asset management firm has filed an S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (#SEC ) to launch this fund, which will provide 100% instant coverage of the alternative asset.

The company also plans to add a storage feature, as well as enable the creation and redemption of fund units physically, allowing it to deal directly in the currency instead of using cash.

It becomes the fourth asset management company to file for the launch of this instant fund, joining Grayscale, 21Shares, and Canary Capital.
