Bitcoin is currently around 88,000. The intraday rally continues to face resistance at the 4H upper band, forming a pullback situation. Currently, the candlestick is oscillating above the middle band. In the short term, the upside faces pressure from the four moving averages: MA60, MA120, MA150, and MA200, which are converging. The bearish scenario has not yet been broken. The MACD green bars have shrunk somewhat, but not strongly. The KDJ is turning at the top, with downside risk still present. However, the BOLL channel has become parallel, with the lower band raised to around 85,200. In the short term, a narrow range consolidation may form, allowing us to buy low and sell high within the channel!

On the daily chart, the price has been repeatedly blocked at the middle band for several days. DIF and DEA have formed a death cross and are now converging for the first time. Focus on whether a golden cross occurs. Both KDJ and RSI show bottoming reversal signals, but the middle and lower bands of BOLL are still trending downward. Sister Red believes that the probability of a second bearish divergence is quite high. Therefore, the strategy remains mainly to rebound and short at high points. If the price successfully breaks above the daily middle band or recovers a golden cross, a bullish trend can be considered!
