Got thinking about SCOR Protocol this morning. Here's what caught my attention.

It's essentially a blockchain built for sports and entertainment communities. But here's the thing—it actually gives value back to fans. When you play games, participate in competitions, or contribute your skills, everything gets recorded on-chain and gets rewarded fairly. No middleman taking cuts, no opaque systems deciding who wins. Just transparent, on-chain proof of your participation and crypto rewards that reflect your real contributions to the ecosystem. That's the promise.

No, finally there is a project that understands the pain points of fans. The old-fashioned model of middlemen taking a markup should die.

On-chain records + fair rewards, this is what web3 should be doing. How many projects just know how to make empty promises.

SCOR indeed has something going on this time, let me learn more about it.

Can on-chain records ensure fair rewards? We need to look at the audit report first; how is the protection against reentrancy vulnerabilities for such projects?
