U.S. CFTC files civil enforcement action against Wolf Capital and its founder

According to Financefeeds, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a civil enforcement action against crypto investment firm Wolf Capital Crypto and its founder Travis Ford, alleging that they operated a fraudulent investment scheme that raised over $10.00 million from retail investors.
The lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the complaint alleges that the company used a Ponzi scheme-like structure, with promised daily returns not based on actual trading activity.#2025GateYearEndSummary #CryptoMarketMildlyRebounds #GoldPrintsNewATH
