Why are these few companies giving raises?

These companies are all fighting for globalization. BYD and CATL are going overseas to grab market share, while ByteDance is tearing down the TikTok ban abroad.

After the salary increase, the KPIs may become tougher, and the淘汰 will be faster; those who remain are the ones who can endure. Those who cannot get a raise or withstand the new intensity will either leave voluntarily or be optimized.
