🔥 Blue Bird will have a flash gathering in Beijing, just finished this afternoon, still wanting more! Today’s small-scale offline meetup, I initially thought it would just be casual chatting, but as soon as I sat down, I couldn’t stop. The “one look and you understand” feeling in the Web3 circle is so real — no need to explain backgrounds, no need for preamble, diving straight into the deep water, sparks flying from the clash of ideas. Everyone shared stories that were particularly powerful: an older brother talked about how he touched BTC in 2010 but missed the train because he decided to wait and see, his tone was calm but still quite impactful after hearing it; a friend traveled a long way by high-speed rail just to meet this group of “like-minded” people face-to-face; someone even openly shared their experience of a contract liquidation of several million, meticulously reviewing the process, and that kind of openness is truly admirable. When it was my turn, I also shared my story — entering the scene in 2017 with naivety, riding from the狂欢 of the bull market to the fear of zero in the bear market, and the lessons and insights I’ve gained since then. After speaking, I realized many people in the room nodded in agreement — turns out we’ve all climbed out of the same pits. At that moment, I suddenly felt less lonely.
