Why do domestic companies respect lower-level employees but fail to keep control?
Is it because there are too many people at the bottom in China?
Is it only a matter of strength and weakness rather than equality?
The essence is the lingering influence of slave mentality,
To go deeper, it is still the Confucian thought at work.
Respectful to superiors, but inevitably cold and hostile to subordinates!
For thousands of years, most Chinese have never understood what fairness is.
Deep down, they also do not recognize equality,
Most efforts and struggles are just to be above others,
And then suppress those of lower status!
Although the body has stepped into the 21st century,
The mindset naturally remains in the 19th century,
The enlightenment of the people's wisdom requires a Renaissance.
