Yesterday, Bitcoin continued its rebound trend, showing a mainly oscillating upward pattern throughout the day. Although the price experienced some phase-wise pullbacks during the session, the bulls maintained strong momentum, and early this morning, it broke through the $90,000 mark again; however, heavy selling pressure at this key level prevented effective stabilization, leading to a subsequent pullback. Currently, the price is around 89,500.
On the daily chart, BTC candles have closed positively for two consecutive days, and the Bollinger Bands are gradually expanding after narrowing. The current price is above the middle Bollinger line and continues to approach the upper band; the short-term EMA7 has successfully crossed above the medium-term EMA15 and EMA20, forming a solid support hierarchy. On the indicator side, the KDJ lines remain bullish after a golden cross, with K at 61.26, D at 51.71, and J at 80.37, all above 50, indicating strong momentum. The MACD line continues to diverge upward, with the histogram positive and expanding, suggesting room for further gains in the short term. However, watch for the J value approaching 80, which may signal overbought conditions and a potential pullback.
From the short-term hourly chart, at the 4-hour level, the BOLL indicator shows the price surged to the upper band at 90,900 before pulling back. The current price is between the upper and middle Bollinger bands, with the overall Bollinger opening upward. The EMA system shows a bullish arrangement, with short-term EMA15/20 supporting the price, and medium- to long-term EMA30/120 also trending upward. The KDJ lines are turning downward, having started to retreat from overbought territory, indicating a short-term correction. Although the MACD remains in positive territory, the histogram is turning green, and the DIF line shows signs of turning and converging, suggesting bullish momentum is waning. Nonetheless, the bullish structure of the Bollinger Bands and moving averages has not been broken. The price is likely to oscillate around 89,000-90,000 in the near future, digesting short-term selling pressure. If it can hold above the Bollinger middle line and short-term EMA support, there is still potential for testing previous highs. Conversely, if it falls below the key support around 88,500, the correction could extend further down to the lower Bollinger band at 87,000.
