Recently, on-chain projects are flooding the market with new tokens, and platform choice can indeed determine success or failure.

From observation, tokens launched within the Bags ecosystem are generally quite serious. These project teams at least maintain basic operations in the early stages. The biggest risk is running away or becoming completely ignored later on, which would be a waste. But compared to other platforms, there is at least a basic screening process.

On the other hand, Pump.fun is more like a revolving door. Many tokens are created solely for quick profit, with no intention of long-term operation by the project teams. These tokens might only exist for a few days from birth to death, and most participants are just betting on short-term fluctuations. The risk factor increases exponentially.

To reduce the risk of getting caught in a trap, platform selection is actually the first hurdle. Choosing the right platform can at least help avoid projects that are purely about harvesting investors. But frankly, any platform requires you to stay vigilant.

To be honest, Pump.fun is just a casino. I've seen through it a long time ago.

You have to look at the platform for making money. Pump is purely a gambling game, but Bags at least has some conscience.

It's not wrong to say that, but I don't think Bags are that "serious" either; it's still a matter of probability. Pump is definitely a casino, but the huge profits are there too—it's all about whether you can afford to gamble. No matter how good the platform is, if the project team wants to run, they will run; the decision is made by the core. Instead of choosing a platform, it's better to choose the people; being with the right big players is always better than anything else. It's easy to say, but in reality, it's yourself who ends up hitting the wall; even if you try to be more cautious, it's still useless. I've also participated in Bags' coins, but in the end, it didn't turn out much; it feels about the same. After this round, who still dares to say their eyes are "sharp"? It's all gambler's mentality.

Haha, Pump is just a casino. The outcome was known before the coin even went live.

actually... the whole "platform selection" framing here is kinda missing the cryptographic reality. like, Pump.fun's incentive structure doesn't magically disappear if you pick Bases instead. you're still dealing with the same information asymmetries, just... prettier UI maybe?

Bro, there's nothing wrong with what you said. Pump.fun is just a casino, Bags at least still has some integrity.
