According to the latest data, on January 14, only three L2 chains had daily transaction fee revenues exceeding $5,000. Among them, Base led by a wide margin with approximately $147,000, accounting for nearly 70% of the entire Ethereum L2 ecosystem revenue, demonstrating a significant advantage. Following behind is Arbitrum with a daily revenue of about $39,000, while Starknet generated around $9,000. The remaining L2 projects performed relatively modestly, reflecting that Base, as Coinbase's L2 solution, is gradually establishing market dominance through its exchange background and ecosystem support. From the perspective of transaction fee revenue, the concentration within the entire L2 sector is increasing, and the gap between leading projects and mid-tier projects is widening.
