Sometimes the best learning comes from personal experience — this time, the $RIVER market movement gave me a lot of inspiration.

Looking back at the recent trend, $RIVER shot up directly to $42.55u. Selling at this price would have already yielded over 10x returns. But to be honest, I’ve seen this kind of “selling too early” situation many times before.

What was different this time is — RiverInc launched a prediction activity at the beginning of the month, with registration closing on the 12th, and a snapshot taken at 8 PM on the 15th. I had a hunch that the project team would probably do something within this time window, maybe pump the price or release positive news to boost participation. And? I indeed anticipated the trend, but on the execution side, I still couldn’t withstand the volatility and ended up selling too early.

This is the market — no matter how smart the analysis, emotions can always override it. The spot holdings of $RIVER continue to increase, and I will keep paying attention to the project team’s progress.

Alright, buddy, the prediction was right, but I still got caught. This is the daily life of a cryptoer. Selling at a loss isn't scary; what's scary is knowing you'll sell at a loss but doing it anyway. Emotions are really incredible; no matter how good the analysis is, it's useless. Just keep paying attention, anyway I've already adjusted my mindset to be ready for a margin call at any time. This wave of $RIVER has taught everyone a lesson. Some people paid a lot of tuition, some paid less. We definitely paid the expensive one.
