I recently listened to a podcast by Peter Steinberger, and he mentioned a very interesting point:
You need to empathize with the Agent.
You can't throw it into a set of unfamiliar code and expect it to magically complete everything without clear context.
You need to empathize with the Agent—it's like a highly intelligent college student who just joined the company.
You should tell it about the organizational structure, where to find basic information, who to ask if it has questions, what the goals are, and what the limitations are.
All of this requires you to understand the basic technical architecture while also having strong empathy skills—like a caring leader who checks in on the team—to ensure the Agent can adapt well to the environment and maximize its potential.
