Has Trump's tariff policy been overturned?

Recently, the White House issued a presidential executive order to terminate the relevant tariffs previously imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
The 9 tariff executive orders signed by Trump between 2025.2.1 and 2026.2.6, all related ad valorem tariffs have expired.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the law did not authorize the president to impose large-scale tariffs.
Trump's tariff policy faced a critical judicial setback,
and he sarcastically said: I could do whatever I want, but I can't collect a single dollar in tariffs.
