The color of crude oil tells you everything about how hard it is to refine. Most people have never seen the difference. Here it is:

🇮🇷 Iran: Ultra-light, sweet crude. Low sulfur, low density. It practically refines itself. Pour it in, get gasoline out. The most efficient barrel on the planet and a natural premium product.
🇺🇸 USA (WTI): Medium-light, low sulfur. The global benchmark for a reason. Clean, consistent, predictable. The barrel every other oil gets compared to.
🇻🇪 Venezuela: Extra-heavy crude from the Orinoco Belt. We're basically talking bitumen. So thick it can't even flow through a pipeline without being diluted first. Needs massive processing just to become something usable. The single most expensive barrel to refine on Earth.
