I went from $500 to $2k. Actually, with small positions and tight stop losses, you can build up gradually. I took one stop loss during the process, which cost me a few trades worth of capital, but the rest of my trades had risk-reward ratios of 1:2 or better. The recent market conditions have been favorable, and I've had good luck as well.
