3.28 BTC/ETH Market Analysis:
The market has once again fallen into consolidation, with the yellow-haired trader calling for negotiations, only for Iran to immediately deny it—it's like playing house, with no way to tell what's real or fake. The market also seems to be in a state of watchful waiting. Last night, I publicly set short positions at 70,000 and 2,140, with the lowest pullback reaching 68,900 and 2,102. In the short term, a small profit can be taken; the market keeps testing back and forth, oscillating repeatedly. Operationally, the structure cannot be maintained; only when profitable should positions be reduced, then switched to break-even stops.
Bitcoin stopped declining from 59,800, and an upward trendline has formed below. The pullback lows have not yet broken this trendline, so the bears should not be overly optimistic. Shorts should only be taken on rallies, and short-term shorts at intermediate levels should be taken profit quickly—just a small bite and then run. On the 4-hour chart, both the middle and upper Bollinger Bands are widening upward, with KDJ and RSI turning upward. After support was found at the middle band last night, a rebound occurred. The daily Bollinger Bands are flattening and narrowing, so shorting should not be entered too early, and the rebound's demand and momentum should not be underestimated.
For tonight's operations: If aiming to short at highs, watch for resistance at 72,500 and 74,000 above. Only after rejection at these levels should short positions be entered. If aiming to go long at lows, wait for pullbacks; if support at 69,000 holds, consider entering longs during the rebound. Positions in between are not ideal for participation.
Regarding Ethereum: If aiming to short at highs, watch for resistance at the daily upper Bollinger Band around 2,300 and the previous high near 2,385. Only after rejection at these levels should shorts be entered. If aiming to go long at lows, monitor the 4-hour middle band support at 2,100 during pullbacks; if this support holds, consider entering long positions.
