Recently, due to staff shortages, I’ve been working night shifts again...

Honestly, my biological clock is really hard to adjust.
Even though I’m exhausted after work, I just can’t fall asleep when I lie in bed during the day. My mind feels like it’s in a meeting, tossing and turning, and outside there’s light and noise that are especially loud. Overall, I feel pretty drained, my energy is always off, and I’ve become completely sluggish😭
The worst part is, during the night shift, I get a terrible headache and feel very sleepy, but once I clock out and the sun rises, I suddenly feel alert... (Fake alertness, very tired but no longer sleepy).
Does anyone have any tips for how I can sleep smoothly during the day? It’s been several days in a row now, and I feel like I’m about to collapse...
