JUST IN: Compliance startup Delve was removed from Y Combinator's directory amid controversy over alleged irregularities in its security and privacy certifications.

While the accelerator distances itself, the company rejects the accusations, attributes the data breach to a targeted cyberattack, and promises new audits, penetration tests, and changes to its auditor network.
Delve no longer appears in Y Combinator's directory of companies, and its COO stated that the two parties have parted ways.
