If you think your homeland is not good, then go and build it.

If you think the government is not good, then take the civil service exam and become an official;
If you think the people lack quality, then start with yourself and become a high-quality citizen;
If you think your fellow countrymen are ignorant and foolish, then start by learning and changing the people around you, not just blindly slandering, complaining, or escaping.
“Where you stand is exactly your China;
What you are like, China will be like that;
Who you are, China will be what you are;
If you are bright, China will no longer be dark,”
May all Chinese youth break free from the chill of cold air—just keep moving upward; you don’t need to listen to the words of those who give up on themselves.
Do what you can do, and speak up when you can.
With a share of warmth, shine a share of light—like a firefly.
You can also let a little light shine in the darkness; you don’t have to wait for a torch!
