Let me tell you the process of using 50k U to turn it into 240k U—it wasn’t as smooth as you think.
The past two days, I opened a short on DUSK at 0.27 U.
50k U, 4x leverage.
After so many people found out, their first reaction was: Are you out of your mind? DUSK has already dropped to this level, and you’re opening a short?
I didn’t say anything.
What they didn’t know was that before 0.27 U, I had already lost three times.
Three times.
Total loss was nearly 80k U.
Back then, I was wondering: is this market really the market I know?
Later, I stopped for three days and went back through all the candlestick charts, on-chain data, and funding rates.
The conclusion was: it’s not that the market is wrong—it’s that my timing for entering was wrong.
The fourth time, at 0.27 U.
I used 50k U, with 4x leverage.
I set the stop loss above 0.30 U, taking a loss of 1,500 U.
I know many people will bottom fish at 0.27 U.
And I also know most people who bottom fish will lose money.
As a result, today I made 240k U.
Not because I got lucky.
It’s because I finally learned this: not every drop at a level is what you call “bottom fishing.”
Some people are suited for bottom fishing.
Some people are only suited for opening shorts.
Knowing yourself is more important than being able to read the market.
