$XTI Why is the multi-head paying the funding fee? Shouldn't the short be paying?

Earned 80 USD, but had to pay 50 USD in fees, wasted effort, a scam.

Current exchanges, ah, it's hard to describe, lacking regulation, from covert theft to outright snatching.

I'm also asking the same question: spot is over 95, futures are over 92, so the price is relatively low and needs to be pushed up. The funding rate requires shorts to pay longs rewards, bringing the price closer to the over-95 spot price. Am I misunderstanding the funding rate?

Dear user, hello. When the funding rate is positive, long position holders pay fees to short position holders; conversely, when the funding rate is negative, short position holders pay fees to long position holders. Currently, the funding rate is positive.
