From a strategic perspective, the first round of negotiations is not about "talking." It's about "probing." If one side shows even a slight concession, the stronger side will perceive it as having no cards left to play. Regardless of the negotiation outcome, the stronger side will escalate their attack until they fully seize the initiative. Therefore, in war negotiations, the first, second, and third rounds will not yield any substantive results. The battlefield is the key to determining the outcome. Currently, in the US-Iran conflict, the initiative lies with Iran, and Iran will not make any concessions. As the world's leading power, the US will also not easily back down. Conclusion: There will be no positive results from negotiations; the war will continue.
