Bitmine Buys 71.524 ETH, Successfully Holds 4% of Global ETH Supply

BitMine, the world's largest ETH treasury company, has resumed weekly accumulation by purchasing an additional 71.524 ETH. This buying spree officially brings their total holdings to over 4% of the total ETH supply circulating in the global market, precisely at 4.04%.
According to an official report on Monday (13/04), BitMine now only needs an additional approximately 0.96% to meet the company's strategic target of controlling 5% of the total ETH supply worldwide. The total value of the company's crypto assets and strategic investments is estimated to have surpassed $11.8 billion, including holdings of Ether, Bitcoin, and cash.
BitMine Chairman, Tom Lee, emphasized that this aggressive accumulation demonstrates Ethereum's resilience as a reliable store of value (store of value) amid escalating geopolitical conflicts. Currently, BitMine has staked around 3.3 million ETH, which is projected to generate annual passive income of $212 million for the company's cash flow.
