I am now using AI to correct my workout posture. One exercise practiced for three days:


Day 1: Record videos from three angles simultaneously, AI analyzes and provides me with the first version of correction guidelines.
Day 2: Correct the movement according to the guidelines, record again, and receive an updated version.
Day 3: Acceptance test. If it passes, move on to the next exercise; if not, practice another round.
Every day after training, report pain levels, and AI will adjust sets and precautions based on the data.
It's actually quite fun, and I highly recommend everyone give it a try!
