Lately, playing on the testnet for points has been a bit annoying.

It was originally just for practice, but once I started thinking, "How much could this token be worth if it launches,"
practice turned into expectations, and my actions became distorted.
At night, I even worry about whether I should run it again...
Honestly, it's quite similar to the play-to-earn blockchain games—when inflation kicks in and studios jump in,
the token price spirals downward, and people become even more unwilling.

My own stop-loss is pretty simple:
once it starts affecting my sleep or work, I stop immediately;
another rule is a time cap—at most half an hour a day,
if I go over, I consider it "paying tuition."
Also, I saw some accounts constantly promoting "missed opportunities mean loss,"
a few days ago I followed them, but today I quietly unfollowed,
and my mood has lightened quite a bit.
Anyway, I don't want to turn "practice" into anxiety.
That's all for now.
