Polygon Considers ZK Upgrade to Main Ethereum Scaling Chain

Polygon, a scaling solution to Ethereum, has released a pre-proposal discussion post to make its main chain, the Polygon proof-of-stake chain, compatible with zero knowledge (ZK) technology. If approved, backers say the upgrade would bring increased security, faster transaction confirmations, and scale the blockchain, while also eliminating reorgs and making the framework of the blockchain more “future-proof.”
