When I first learnt about chart patterns I struggled to understand/grasp the fact that:
"You can have the exact same identical trade setups but with different outcomes"
➢ If the last one was a winner I'll gladly take it again and expect it to smash TP.
➢ If the last one was a loser I had the tendency of not taking it because I think it will also smash SL.
I always expected the outcome to be same with the prior...
And that cycle messed with my brain alot.
Because the ones you expected least from and not _ute, will most of the time end of performing well.
But now I know better.
I understand the random nature of the market.
So I just don't expect much, I just check if my edge is present and I take it.
I call it growth.
