Taking into account account local structure, I assume that wave E of the triangle has already been tuned or will be tuned in the near future. The range is narrowing more and more, the scenario is suitable. The potential of the triangle falls on the usual scale of the previous world summit zone. The target was set at 3.75. The potential on a logarithmic scale looks very optimistic, so I don't consider it yet, but for clarity, I also noticed it on the chart.
