PreMint feature highlights
Take profit in advance: Sellers do not need to wait for project Delivery, and can trade PreToken at the desired price through the PreToken trading market to obtain profits in advance.
Flexible Trading: Both buyers and sellers can choose the right time to trade PreTokens or wait for project Settlement according to the PreToken trading market conditions, and formulate more flexible trading strategies.

Rules
1. Generally, the PreMint portal will be opened 24 hours after the pre-trading of the project starts. Users can stake USDT and mint PreToken for pre-trading tokens through the portal. After successful minting, the user's account will receive the corresponding PreToken balance.
2. After a certain period of time after the pre-project starts trading, the PreToken trading market will be opened, and users can trade with the minted PreToken in the trading market. The trading rules are consistent with other coins.
3. Close the PreMint entrance 4 hours before the project ends trading. Close the PreToken trading market when the pre-market project trading ends. After closing the market, record the PreToken balance of the UID holding PreToken in the Snapshot, and then clear it.
4. Users can mint PreToken during the pre-market trading period and trade directly in the PreToken trading market.
5. PreToken mint users need to complete the Token deposit of the PreMint project before the Delivery time and ensure that they hold sufficient Token quantity in the account before that. The system will deduct the corresponding project Token from the account and return the stake amount to the user's account.
After the completion of Delivery, the system will automatically perform Settlement for users who hold PreToken during the Snapshot. Upon completion of Settlement, users will receive the real Token of Delivery and the liquidated damages for mint users who failed to deliver on time.
