Intel announced that the internal Intel 18A process client and server processors can now run the operating system

On August 7th, Jinshi Data reported that Intel announced that its two processors, Panther Lake (for clients) and Clearwater Forest (for servers) based on Intel 18A, have been lit up and can run the operating system in less than 6 months after tape-out, and the first external customer’s chips will be taped out in the first half of 2025.
