On September 14, according to the data tracked by Hyblock Capital, the market depth (i.e. all buy and sell orders, whether close to or far from the market price) was exhausted over the weekend. This pattern typically appears at market turning points, indicating that the downward trend of BTC from the peak of over $65,000 at the end of August is over. Liquidity, represented by market depth, measures the market's ability to absorb significant transaction orders without affecting prices. It often depends on several factors, including the time of day, market events at that time, and specific price levels. Characteristics of a market bottoming out include traders struggling to make sharp decisions, resulting in a decrease in buy and sell orders and a decrease in liquidity. Shubh Verma, co-founder and CEO of Hyblock Capital, said in an interview with CoinDesk: 'By analyzing the global Spot order book, especially order books with a depth of 0% to 1% and 1% to 5%, we found that low liquidity in the order book generally corresponds to the market bottom. These low order book levels can be early indicators of a price reversal, often before the upward trend.'
