Both LEASH on the Ethereum chain and the SHIB chain can participate. The Snapshot time will be announced soon. I estimate there will be a wave of gains in the near future. This is just my personal opinion and should not be taken as investment advice.

It is not clear how much can be divided specifically. The web3Address here may also be able to Airdrop, but it is not certain. The Ethereum chain is definitely possible.
