The Presidential Security Service stated that the reports of the 55th Guard Unit allowing law enforcement personnel to enter the residence were not true. The Ministry of National Defense also stated that the 55th Guard Unit's reply of 'approval to enter' did not match the facts. The 55th Guard Unit only mentioned at the time that they did not have the authority to independently approve external personnel to enter and that final approval by the Presidential Security Service was required.
