The total number of wallets holding Bitcoin (BTC) has surpassed 54.71 million, approaching the all-time high. The number of (BTC) wallets is moving towards a new record. According to data released by Santiment, the total number of wallets holding BTC with a non-zero balance has reached 54.71 million. This figure is just 10,000 wallets away from the all-time high wallet count recorded on January 19, 2025, which reached approximately 54.72 million and set a new record.
In the report shared by Santiment, it was stated that the growth of the Bitcoin network and the division of wallets holding a large amount of BTC into smaller wallets are significant factors in the increase of this number. Furthermore, this increase in the number of wallets is interpreted as a very positive development for the market, despite the extreme volatility that Bitcoin price has experienced in the past 8 weeks. Since Bitcoin price reached an all-time high of $109,000 approximately 8 weeks ago, the market has been experiencing significant fluctuations. However, the steady increase in the number of BTC users indicates that confidence in the Bitcoin network continues. Santiment experts note that the splitting of addresses, especially by large investors to diversify risks, has also increased the number of users. According to Santiment data, the number of Bitcoin wallets is currently approaching an all-time high with less than a 10,000 wallet difference. This situation is interpreted as a positive development for the future of the market. #TopContentChallenge #BTC Price Trend Analysis
