3.20 Early Morning BNB Suggestion
BNB is still in a bearish trend, with daily highs getting lower and lower. The rally lacks volume, indicating a downtrend continuation with no reversal signals visible.
The overall market is weak. BNB cannot keep up when BTC rallies, with heavy selling pressure and continuous capital outflows. Bulls cannot catch the market.
Technical indicators are all on the bearish side: Moving averages in bearish alignment, price compressed by the Bollinger Band middle band; MACD below the zero axis with lengthening green bars, bearish momentum not yet fully released, and the rally is only a technical correction.
Operation Suggestion
Short at the rally to 645-647 area, target downside at 636-630, if broken continue downside looking at 638.
