关于我的 @PayPal 账户被入侵，而且paypal没有任何措施解决这个问题

在很久之前我注册了一个paypal账户，这个paypal是中国区的，我仅用于购买VPS服务器，从不接收任何付款

我不经常使用这个paypal账户，2024年11月7日是我最后一次使用paypal为我的vps服务器付款，之后我就没有登录过paypal

就在前天，我打算登录paypal进行新的vps服务器续费，却发现我的paypal无法登录，我确信我的邮箱和密码是正确的，我重试了几十次，无奈我选择找回密码

结果在找回密码中输入我的邮箱显示没有这个账号，我第一时间意识到我的paypal账户被入侵了，邮箱被修改了！

我登陆了我的绑定邮箱，果然发现在2025年3月28日，paypal发送邮件说我在PayPal账户中添加了新的邮箱地址，因为这个绑定邮箱是邮箱，我不经常使用，所以没有看到这个邮件

我尝试使用这个被修改的邮箱进行登录paypal，发现入侵者没有修改我的密码，仅修改了邮箱和手机号，我登录进去之后将入侵者的手机号码删除并改为我的手机号码

我的paypal绑定了我的招商银行信用卡，但入侵者没有刷我的信用卡，我猜测可能是招商限制了它，又或者是其他的一些原因

我修改了paypal密码并添加了google二次验证，我想修改邮箱却发现paypal要我解释一个交易，我很懵逼，这个交易我不认识

我查看之后发现这是入侵者在2025年4月10日给我的paypal账户发的付款，还是一个实物付款，需要我发货的那种，paypal让我解释这个交易，我进行了我账户被盗用的说明

也在右下角给在线客服留言，我特意选择了paypal客服在线的时间发送，过去了1天，我再次登录这个paypal账户想知道进展，却发现paypal永久限制了我的账户，而且没有任何说明！

在线客服也没有任何回复！我很愤怒，我并不一定要使用paypal，但是你们不能这么敷衍我以及支持账号入侵者！

paypal不进行任何调查就直接限制我的账号，客服也跟没有一样！不推荐任何人使用paypal，出事了根本找不到人！

既然客服不回复我，那我只能在这里曝光你们这种行为了 @PayPal_Open @AskPayPal

Regarding my PayPal account being compromised, and PayPal's lack of action to resolve this issue:

A long time ago, I registered a PayPal account. This PayPal account is registered in China, and I only use it to purchase VPS servers; I never receive any payments.

I don't use this PayPal account frequently. November 7, 2024, was the last time I used PayPal to pay for my VPS server, and I haven't logged in since.

Just two days ago, I tried to log in to PayPal to renew my VPS server subscription, but I found I couldn't log in. I was certain my email address and password were correct, and I tried dozens of times. Finally, I tried to recover my password.

However, when I entered my email address in the password recovery process, it showed that the account didn't exist. I immediately realized my PayPal account had been compromised and my email address had been changed!

I logged into my linked email address and indeed found that PayPal had sent an email on March 28, 2025, stating that I had added a new email address to my PayPal account. Because this linked email address is a email address, which I don't use frequently, I didn't see the email.

I tried logging into PayPal using this modified email address and found that the intruder hadn't changed my password, only the email address and phone number. After logging in, I deleted the intruder's phone number and replaced it with my own.

My PayPal account is linked to my China Merchants Bank credit card, but the intruder didn't use it. I suspect that China Merchants Bank might have restricted it, or there might be other reasons.

I changed my PayPal password... I added Google two-factor authentication to my PayPal password, and when I tried to change my email address, PayPal asked me to explain a transaction. I was completely baffled; I didn't recognize the transaction.

Upon checking, I discovered that an intruder had sent a payment to my PayPal account on April 10, 2025—a payment for a physical item that required me to ship the goods. PayPal asked me to explain the transaction, and I stated that my account had been compromised.

I also left a message for online customer service in the bottom right corner, specifically choosing a time when PayPal customer service was online. A day later, I logged back into the PayPal account to check the progress, only to find that PayPal had permanently restricted my account without any explanation!

Online customer service didn't respond at all! I'm furious. I don't necessarily need to use PayPal, but you can't treat me like this and support account intruders!

PayPal restricted my account without any investigation, and customer service is practically nonexistent! I don't recommend anyone use PayPal; you can't find anyone when something goes wrong!
