China Software International (CSS) has signed a Token sharing and joint innovation agreement with Moonshot AI (Beijing), establishing the FDE Innovation Lab. The partnership combines CSS's AllMeta platform with Moonshot's K2.7 Code and K3 large models to drive enterprise-grade Agentic AI adoption across energy, power, and financial sectors. The collaboration adopts a Token-sharing business model, with both parties splitting revenue generated from Kimi large model Token consumption and related derivative income — a "model + enterprise service" synergy model unique to China. CSS will also prioritize Moonshot's computing needs through its self-built industry data centers, delivering an integrated "computing-to-application" service.
