Odaily News Natures Miracle Holding Inc. (NMHI), a Nasdaq-listed company venturing into the Bitcoin mining sector, has announced that it has reached a financing agreement of up to $2 million (with an initial financing amount of $600,000), with Big Lake Capital as the investor. NMHI entered the Bitcoin mining market by acquiring a majority stake in the Bitcoin mining company J&Y Marigold for a total acquisition price of $5.32 million at the end of last year, and its Bitcoin mining facility is expected to be operational in the first half of 2025.
