The receiving address is considered the whale's "dedicated liquidation address," which typically transfers received ETH to a major CEX shortly after receipt. The funds originated from address 0x2bf…E4087, which shows frequent interactions with block builders BuilderNet and Titan build.
The whale previously held over 1 million ETH since the ICO era and has been actively moving positions in recent months.
