18 Rescued After Earthquake Causes Two Buildings to Collapse in Venezuela

According to Gustavo Duque, mayor of Chacao in Miranda state near Caracas, at least 18 people were rescued yesterday (June 24) following an earthquake that caused two buildings to collapse. The mayor said more than 500 government workers are conducting ongoing rescue operations in the affected area.
