According to the “Kechuangban Daily” report, on June 8, at the Shanghai Film City SHO Future Sea Forum, Wang Jianer, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Shanghai Film Group, announced that the Shanghai Film Art Center and the “Shanghai Film New Vision Fund” Co-launched the “Cultural Creation + Technological Innovation” accelerator plan and will invest 300 million in the next 3 years to support the incubation and implementation of cutting-edge technology projects in the cultural industry. The 300 million funds will focus on innovative enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the cultural industry chain, including cutting-edge technologies such as AIGC, big data, web3.0, VR/AR/MR, and “Metaverse”, as well as innovative experience scenarios integrating technology and IP.
In addition, Shanghai Film Translation Factory, Himalaya and Shanghai Film Co., Ltd. announced that they will cooperate to establish Shanghai Xishangmeishao Technology Culture Co., Ltd. to explore big IP incubation through sound and establish the standard of “emotional language expression combining human and AI”. The original work “Magic Town” also made its debut in the new release.
