Agility Plans Q4 SPAC IPO via CCXI, Raises $640M From Amazon, Nvidia, SoftBank

According to Paradis Labs, Agility plans to go public via CCXI SPAC in Q4 2026 under ticker AGLT, raising approximately $640 million from backers including Amazon, Nvidia, SoftBank, and DCVC. Over 100 Digit humanoid robots have been deployed across nine facilities including Amazon, GXO, Schaeffler, Toyota, and Mercado Libre, with approximately 98% accuracy in Schaeffler's eight deployments and GXO's three pre-booked deployments. Digit v5 orders exceed $300 million, with the model launching in 2026 and a pipeline of over 30 customers. Agility estimates a payback period of approximately 1.1 years per Digit unit.
