According to Apple's supply chain partner, the company has begun small-volume shipments of its first foldable iPhone based on target guidance indicating a September launch in 2026. The supply chain source told China Securities Journal that current guidance points to a fall 2026 debut. Recent reports had suggested the device might be delayed to early 2027, but the supplier's latest guidance reaffirms the September timeframe. Apple has not made an official announcement regarding the foldable iPhone's release date.
