According to ChainCatcher, Offchain Labs co-founder Steven Goldfeder stated that 10% of fees collected on Robinhood Chain and other Arbitrum L2s will flow to the Arbitrum ecosystem—8% to the community treasury controlled by token holders and 2% for development funding. All fees on Arbitrum One flow entirely to the Arbitrum treasury.
