According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner Keel Infrastructure (formerly Bitfarms) announced a planned offering of convertible senior notes to raise $400 million, with closing targeted for around June 9, 2026, subject to market and other customary conditions. Proceeds will be used to pay capped call transaction costs and general corporate purposes, including long-term equipment deposits for data center construction and credit facilities. If underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional notes, part of the net proceeds will fund supplementary capped call transactions, with the remainder allocated to general corporate use.
