BlackRock Manages $2.93B in On-Chain Tokenized Assets, Ethereum Leads With $1.1B

According to Odaily, BlackRock currently manages $2.93 billion in on-chain tokenized assets, with Ethereum accounting for $1.1 billion, followed by Avalanche, Solana, and BNB Chain.

The majority of BlackRock's on-chain assets are concentrated in the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL), launched with Securitize in 2024. The fund holds cash, U.S. Treasury securities, and repurchase agreements represented as blockchain tokens. BUIDL has expanded from Ethereum to eight networks including Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Optimism, Aptos, and BNB Chain.
