According to Reuters, Changxin Memory is set to list on Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 27 with a fundraising target of 29.5 billion yuan, marking Asia's largest initial public offering in 2026. The company, the world's fourth-largest DRAM manufacturer with approximately 7.7% market share in 2025, will begin the pricing process on July 15.
