ChipMOS Technologies IPO Oversubscribed 194 Times in Hong Kong, Raising HKD 3.24 Billion

According to Zhitong Finance, ChipMOS Technologies (09630) received HKD 63.3 billion in margin financing applications as of June 22 for its Hong Kong IPO, achieving 194 times oversubscription of its public offering tranche. The company plans to issue 12.839 million H-shares at HKD 240.09 to 252.73 per share, raising up to HKD 3.24 billion. Each lot comprises 50 shares with an entry cost of HKD 12,763.9. The company is expected to list on June 26, with China International Capital Corporation as sole sponsor. ChipMOS is the world's largest supplier of PCB direct imaging equipment and semiconductor direct-write lithography equipment.
