Court Modifies Restraining Order, Allows Arbitrum DAO's Frozen ETH Transfer to Aave LLC on May 8

According to BlockBeats, on May 8, a court modified a restraining order to allow Arbitrum DAO’s frozen ETH to be transferred to Aave LLC. The modified order also permits on-chain Arbitrum voting. Following the transfer, the restraining order will be attached to Aave LLC. The frozen ETH will continue to be used for rsETH event recovery, as outlined in Arbitrum DAO’s approved asset recovery plan.
