EU Adds 250 Individuals and Entities to Russia Sanctions List on July 13

According to Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, the European Union on July 13 added 250 individuals and entities to its Russia sanctions list. Borrell stated the measures are being implemented at unprecedented speed and scale, with today's action combined with an upcoming 21st round of sanctions expanding the sanctioned entities significantly.
